The best CRM is one that you’ll actually use!
Over the years I’ve used many Client Relationship Management (CRM) programs. I’ve never found the perfect CRM and doubt that I every will since everyone has different goals and needs in their business. Below is a list of CRM’s that I’ve used.
- Microsoft Outlook
- Top Producer
I’ve finally come to the opinion that a CRM for real estate should be broken up into components. Since most of us are already using an iPhone or Android to manage our contacts, emails, and calendars…why bother with a separate system to manage and update? Add a good “To Do” list and a way to manage data and media and you’ve got the makings for a great CRM.
Additionally it’s easier to change one or two components of this system, rather than be locked into one that really does not meet your needs. Check out the video below for the top considerations when choosing a CRM.
